I had a good friend who attended Herzing大学 while working 和 being a mom, 和 she inspired me to attend myself. I'm becoming a nurse because I want to make a positive difference in others’ lives 和 I have always loved helping 和 caring for people. I've worked as a patient care tech for about 10 years 和 a Certified 护理 Assistant (CNA) for the last 3 years.
Herzing helped me complete my program by constantly encouraging me 和 offering tutoring when needed. 我是7个孩子的妈妈, so going back to school was very challenging, but it helped to have that constant encouragement from my instructors. 所有 of my instructors played an important part in my education, but Ms. 熔岩,夫人. Lurie和Mrs. Blair were completely awesome.
For anyone who is pursing a nursing degree, I would encourage you to follow your dream. In the nursing program you will face challenges, but keep pushing on 和 you will succeed.
